Our team works hard to ensure easy shipping through borders and customs, but we are not always able to predict what fees and taxes will be imposed by our shipping partners or customs of other countries. All orders within the United States are shipped using UPS Ground. Orders placed before 5pm EST, Mon-Fri are typically processed and shipped same day. If there are customizations to your vest, expect another 1-3 days for handling time.
Total delivery time within North America is within 2-4 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in excellent condition. Any wear that would make the item unsellable is not available for refund.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping your product(s) back to us.
